Spirituality

Spiritual Programming

Spirituality has been at the core of our mission from the foundation of St. Edmond’s Home for Children. Guided by our Core Values of Compassion, Dignity, Charity, Justice and Excellence we serve our children, families, and staff with the utmost love and respect. We embrace our call to be servant leaders within our community. St. Edmond’s community is comprised of many religious beliefs and we celebrate this diversity in the prayer services and spiritual activities we provide. We believe that the children have an intuitive awareness of the presence of God and we encourage their involvement in various offerings including but not limited to:

  • Vigil Mass every Saturday at 4:00pm
  • Weekday Mass: Monday – Friday at 8:00am (upon celebrant availability)
  • Bi-monthly spiritual group activities
  • Prayer Services
  • Holiday Activities
  • Celebration of Sacraments are available upon request

(All religious services are open to families and friends of St. Edmond’s Home. At times the Mass schedules may change.)

Inclusive Environment

St. Edmond’s Home for Children serves individuals from a variety of cultures and religious communities. We respect and honor their beliefs and invite members from their faith communities to provide religious services and activities.
